Reservations may be cancelled at any time where the total payment received will be returned minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
All cancellation requests must be received by email/call/message before 72 hours in advance of the earliest pick-up time on the reservation to avoid forfeit of 50% of the reservation fare. To request for a cancellation, please send an email with your confirmation number to info@cedartransorlando.com. A cancellation email will be sent shortly after a request has been received along with a refund of the full fare if the request is made outside of the 72 hour time window.
If a cancellation request is made within 72 hours of the earliest pick-up time on the reservation, the customer forfeits 50% of the reservation fare (including all fees and gratuities).
