CAR SEATS: All of our SUV/Van bookings include up to 2 forward facing car seats and 2 booster seats (backless) at no extra charge (sedans include 1 forward facing car seat and 1 booster seat). Requests for child/booster seats must be added when filling the reservation details to ensure availability. For additional child seat requests above this amount, each child/booster seat may be provided at a rate of $15 per seat. Please reach directly to discuss this option prior to booking. 

GROCERY STOP: A 20-minute grocery stop (Publix on route from the airport) is included in all trips. Every 10 minutes over will result in a $12 standby fee charged to the credit card on file for the reservation. To avoid this fee, pre-ordering at the Publix at Lake Cay Commons ( 9930 Universal Blvd, Orlando FL ) is HIGHLY recommended. This can be done at HERE. 

EMAIL CONFIRMATION: An email confirming reservation details as well as details related to the assigned chauffeur (Name, direct phone numbers, etc) will be sent to the email on file 24 hours before arrival. 

MEET & GREET: For all arrivals into MCO or SFB, our chauffeurs will reach out upon your arrival into the airport and provide instructions on where to meet them. We provide Meet and Greet services to ensure your trip arrival into Orlando is a smooth as possible.
